Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
There are no returns or refunds on design work. Once artwork is approved via email, the order is considered final.
Custom, printed, and made-to-order products are final sale unless defective. If your order arrives damaged, you must email photos the same day it is received, showing the product just removed from the box and the packaging materials. We will review the images to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping or was caused by the manufacturer of the stands or hardware.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
